Join us for full frontal workout at Sports Basement Bryant Street! Class is a 50 mins. dance workout that will have you smiling and sweating. Classes are "follow the leader" style, so you can just move and stay present throughout. We incorporate a pop/hip-hop type of dance, with an eclectic range of songs and styles that anyone will enjoy. Each class includes a warm up, 8-10 follow the leader style songs, some strength work, and a cool down. No dance experience is required; our classes are designed for all bodies, all ages, all abilities, and all experience levels. We can't wait to dance with you!
