Come on in for a class that combines bodyweight exercises with light resistance to build strength. Taught to slower BPM music to accommodate intentional exercises, teachers provide feedback on form throughout this class.

Format:

These classes include dynamic strengthening exercises as well as targeted stretches. Strengthening sections leverage weights as well as body weight exercises, and may be completed on a yoga mat.
